Terms Entered in Search
A name, location, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that search. The provider processes the request on its own systems and under its own privacy terms. Montgomery County Released Inmates does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or use a contact form, we keep the message and the contact details supplied with it for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the exchange. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Technical Data Collected
Ordinary server, analytics, and advertising systems may record technical information when a page loads. These details help the site operate, reveal faults, and show broad patterns of use. The data may include:
