Purpose and Ownership

This is a private reference website with no authority over the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department, Carroll County Regional Correctional Facility, Mississippi Department of Corrections, courts, or any other public office. It does not keep official custody or release records. It cannot confirm a person's status, order or carry out a release, file a public-record request for a visitor, or submit a court document.

The site points readers toward Montgomery County and Mississippi record sources and may connect them with outside research tools. A link or search result is a starting point. The agency that created a record remains responsible for its official content and any correction, certification, or access decision.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Do not use the site in violation of any federal, Mississippi, or local law.
• Do not use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten another person.

Montgomery County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare or provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. By using it, you agree that neither site content nor linked results will be used for any FCRA-regulated purpose, including:

• Decisions to hire, retain, promote, discipline, or dismiss a worker
• Tenant selection, housing eligibility, or rental decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit

Mississippi Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the site or these terms must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Mississippi.

Severability of Terms

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed or adjusted only to the extent needed to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.
